What is the history of the Sidewalk and Trail Master Plan? When was the first plan implemented by City Council? When was it last updated? What was the purpose of the first plan?
  • The Sidewalk and Trail Master Plan was formerly The Connectivity Plan.
  • The plan was created in 2013 and revised in 2018 and 2021.
  • The latest revision in 2021 was approved by City Council for approval in February 2021.
  • It was created to provide a list of priority pedestrian sidewalks and trails within Hudson in 2013 into one complete map.
  • This plan merged the park trail map with the sidewalk improvements. The 2018 revisions added bike trails and updated the priorities of the sidewalks and trials.
  • The 2021 revisions established a new priority list based on the public comments received and meeting and provided a 5-year budget to complete the plan.
