Planning Commission will hold three public hearings on Monday, June 13 at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall to consider a request for an enclosed patio at Kepners Tavern; an ordinance amending sections of the Land Development Code; and a request for approval of final plans for an eleven sublot subdivision for 7738 Darrow Road.
The Board of Zoning and Building Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 16 at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall to consider a request for a variance to allow a pool in the side yard at 250 Oldham Way.
