A Message from Chief Tabak About Recent Stolen Vehicles

Hudson Police Department Patch

January 11, 2021 - A Message from Hudson Police Chief Perry Tabak Concerning Stolen Vehicles

This morning our officers took reports involving three stolen vehicles from a neighborhood in the southeast area of the City. All vehicles were unlocked with keys inside the vehicle. Another resident reported stolen items from an unlocked vehicle in Chadd's Ford.

We are asking residents to review security footage from overnight hours and report any suspicious activities to the Hudson Police Department at (330) 342-1800.

Hudson, like other surrounding communities, has experienced an uptick in vehicle thefts and thefts from vehicles over the past six months. In many of these cases, the thieves target unlocked vehicles with easily accessible keys. Please take the time to lock your vehicle and store valuables out of sight, especially during overnight hours.

Please report any suspicious activity to the Hudson Police Department at (330) 342-1800.
