Did you know you can use the Engage Hudson app to report issues (like potholes) to the City? The Engage Hudson app makes it easy for citizens to report service problems and request Hudson services.
With the free Engage Hudson mobile app and web tools, Hudson citizens can send City staff pictures, videos, specific descriptions, and more — valuable information needed to get the job done efficiently. In addition, the Engage Hudson platform has a centralized issue management system to manage issues from creation to resolution — engaging Hudson citizens throughout the process.
With Engage Hudson, citizens not only can report problems, but also view, comment on, and vote to fix problems submitted by their neighbors. Citizens can even create their own “watch areas” to receive notifications about all the issues reported in their community, enabling them to follow the progress of all service requests — not just the ones they report.
The Engage Hudson mobile app is available for download on Android and iPhone. In addition to the mobile apps, citizens can send reports to the City of Hudson website at www.hudson.us.oh/ReportaConcern.
