Ohio Governor Mike DeWine announced that he is recommending the state’s primaries, which are scheduled to take place on Tuesday, March 17, be postponed until June 2 to protect voters from the coronavirus pandemic. This is pending a court case, and if the case is successful, there will be no in person voting on Tuesday, March 17. See explanation here.
All votes cast during the early voting period will still be counted, according to a press release from Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose. More information will be forthcoming, so check back for updates.
