The City is seeking applications for the position of Help Desk Technician within the Information Services Department.
This position is responsible for performing the daily maintenance and administration of the City's computer network and Velocity Broadband network. The person chosen for this position will also be responsible for ensuring continued reliable availability of city computers and printers and is also responsible for incident management of both the City and the Velocity Broadband ticketing systems.
