Twelve names will be drawn from the lottery for hunting access on the 145-acre City-owned property on Hines Hill Road on Wednesday, August 30, 2017. Hunters must enter to win by emailing or calling the Public Works Department at 330-342-1750 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Monday, August 28, 2017 or Tuesday, August 29, 2017. The first twelve names that are drawn will be given permission to hunt on the 996 Hines Hill Road property during the 2017-2018 hunting season.
