Work continues on the widening project at the Norton Road/SR 91 intersection improvement at the Stow-Hudson border. On Monday, April 24 at 7:00 p.m., crews will shift traffic onto a newly constructed pavement section on the north side of Norton Road, west of SR 91. The lane shift is being introduced so that work can begin on the south side of Norton Road in this area. The lane shift will remain in place through June.
During the initial lane shift Monday night, police officers will be on site to help guide traffic around the workers. Two-way traffic will be maintained, but delays can be expected. If you use this section of roadway, please prepare for a different traffic pattern and pay attention to signs and roadway markings.
The City of Stow is managing the project. For more information and updates about this project, visit the project page. If you have and questions or comments, please contact Jim McCleary, Stow City Engineer, at 330-689-2719.
