Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 13 at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall to consider a conditional use request for approval of a proposed pet boarding kennel containing grooming, boarding, and day care services on Stow Road.
The Board of Zoning and Building Appeals will hold two public hearings on Thursday, March 16 at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall. The first is to consider a request for a variance to the rear yard setback requirement to allow a deck addition at 2134 Edgeview Drive. The second is to consider a variance from the requirement to utilize public water to have a water well and septic system on the property to construct a new house at 6867 Windsor Road.
City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 21 at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall to consider amendments to the Land Development Code to implement the Growth Management system only when certain growth factors are exceeded.
