Hudson crews were out replacing a few catch basin lids last week. The old style lids are not functional and require a large machine to remove them to allow access to the catch basin when repairs or cleaning are needed. The new style features a grate that can be easily removed by hand instead. The Public Works Department is working to replace all the old style lids as needed.
