The City selected the Environmental Design Group for the final design of a new salt storage facility and school bus garage at 5810 Hudson Drive. Once the design is finished, we anticipate construction to be completed late next year.
These facilities are being relocated to make way for the exciting new Downtown Phase II that will build on the success of First & Main’s mixed-use development and capitalize on emerging market. Moving the bus garage and salt facility will also put two tax-exempt properties back on the tax roles.
