Download the Engage Hudson app on your smartphone using the Apple or Android button below. The app is the best way to report your concerns.

You may also click to Report a Concern using the City website.

What types of requests is Engage Hudson for?

Non-emergency service requests. Common examples:

  • Potholes
  • Code violations 
  • Traffic signs and signals
  • Mailbox damage
  • Property care
  • Sidewalk maintenance
  • Deceased animals in roadway
  • Stormwater drain clogged or drain cover out of place
  • Other non-emergency requests such as tall grass, road sign damage, tree limbs growing toward electric lines, etc.

How Does it Work?

  • Click the (+) sign to begin a new request
  • Optional: attach a helpful photo from your camera or photo gallery
  • Select the location of the issue by dropping a virtual map pin or searching for an address
  • Select the type of issue from a list of categories (optional: add your own notes)
  • Click Submit
  • Have your concern addressed by the City!

Users will be notified through the app as requests are addressed and completed.

Engage Hudson is not intended to be used for emergency services or for situations that need action immediately. Always dial 9-1-1 in an emergency or call the 24/7 emergency numbers for reporting power outages or other critical service situations.

Privacy Policy

The City of Hudson is using SeeClickFix by CivicPlus to power the Engage Hudson mobile reporting tool. Engage Hudson can be used via the web on a desktop computer, laptop, mobile phone, or tablet and is a public application. The description entered will be visible to the public. Your display name will also be visible unless you choose to submit as Anonymous. Your email address and phone number will never be public.
