Comprehensive Plan
The City’s Comprehensive Plan is a guiding document, directed by residents and local stakeholders, that guides the community’s vision for the future. The City will begin work with a planning consultant in late Summer 2022 to perform extensive outreach to gather input from a variety of stakeholders (residents, business owners, developers, service providers, elected and appointed officials).

Fairmount Properties Proposed Phase 2
In July, 2022. Hudson City Council voted to repeal the legislation that authorized negotiating an agreement with Fairmount Properties. Council remains committed to developing Downtown Phase 2, and will now begin discussions about how to proceed from here.

Sidewalk & Trail Plan
The City of Hudson Sidewalks and Trails (Connectivity) Master Plan represents the continued effort to provide safe and practical community-wide bicycle and pedestrian connectivity in the community.

Proposed Sheetz in Boston Heights
A Sheetz Service Station has been proposed on eight acres of property at 6625 Dean Memorial Parkway within the Village of Boston Heights. The City of Hudson is not the regulatory agency reviewing this request and does not have jurisdiction as it is located outside the boundary of the city. Please contact the Village of Boston Heights for applicable information regarding this development.
