Senior Advisory Committee

The Committee will host a series of events and social opportunities, beginning with a Valentine’s Day themed luncheon and lecture on Wednesday, February 12, 2020. 

Thereafter, the Committee will host events from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month, beginning February 12, 2020. The Committee also will host an open social period from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on the first and third Friday of each month, beginning February 21, 2020.  All events are planned to be held in the first-floor public space at the new City Building on Terex Road.

The Seniors Advisory Committee, appointed by the Mayor, has compiled a resource directory to help seniors, family members, and caretakers find resources in Hudson and the surrounding area. The City of Hudson does not endorse these services, but offers them as a resource.

Open Social Time


On the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month beginning February 21, 2020, the Senior Advisory Committee will hold an open.social time with no planned events. It will be a time for people to play bridge, discuss books, sit and read, play games or other activities.
