Compliment & Complaint Form

The Hudson Police Department strives to provide a superior level of service to the community. Citizens that wish to acknowledge the efforts or express concerns about the conduct of any member of the Hudson Police Department may do so by completing the Compliment/Complaint form below. The form may be emailed to us or dropped off at the police station (36 South Oviatt Street). Hard copies of the form are also available at the police department.

If you wish to speak to someone immediately regarding a compliment or complaint, you should contact the Hudson Police Department at (330) 342-1800 and ask to speak to the officer in charge.

Please Note:

Complaints will be directed to a supervisor who will contact you and attempt to investigate and/or resolve the issue. Complaints will be resolved as soon as possible after gathering all the information and facts.   

You are not required to give your name; however, anonymous complaints will limit the ability to investigate most complaints or questions. By providing your name and information, you make it more likely that we can conduct the most thorough investigation.
