Hudson, one of only two cities in Summit County that didn’t see a property value decrease three years ago, saw property values go up 13%, according to the Summit County Fiscal Office tri-annual reappraisals. Hudson’s commercial property values are up 2%. The County is holding community meetings for homeowners who wish to discuss their property reappraisals with a county appraiser. New property values can also be viewed online at http://FiscalOffice.summitoh.net. Click on the “Property” icon in the top menu to search for your parcel. Be sure to select tax year 2017 from the drop-down menu.
