Hudson Property Values Up 13%

     Hudson, one of only two cities in Summit County that didn’t see a property value decrease three years ago, saw property values go up 13%, according to the Summit County Fiscal Office tri-annual reappraisals. Hudson’s commercial property values are up 2%. The County is holding community meetings for homeowners who wish to discuss their property reappraisals with a county appraiser. The meetings will be held from 1 to 8 p.m. Upcoming meetings nearby include:

  • Tuesday, August 15, 2017: Macedonia Senior Center at City Center, 9691 Valley View Rd., Macedonia, Ohio 44056
  • Wednesday, August 30, 2017 and Thursday, August 31, 2017: Stow City Hall, Council Chambers, 3760 Darrow Rd., Stow, Ohio 44224
