Special Council Meeting - Public Hearing and Other Items

City Council will hold a special meeting for the following purposes: (1.) to conduct a public hearing regarding an application for approval of a Preliminary Planned Development Plan for the mixed-use Downtown Phase II Development; (2.) to consider the following legislation: 18-91, 18-92, 18-104, 18-106, 18-107, 18-108, 18-109, 18-110, 18-111, 18-112, 18-113, 18-114, 18-115, 18-116, 18-117, and 18-118; (3.) to act on a motion to approve the City Manager's recommendation for Police Chief appointment; (4.) to act on a motion in support of a request from the Ad Hoc Committee for Community-Wide Fiber, affirming approval of expenditures for a community survey and committee member attendance at the Great Lakes Connect Conference and extending their report deadline to November 12, 2018; and (5.) to consider other routine items pursuant to Codified Ordinances Section 220.03(c) Rules, Order of Business.
