An application has been received for proposed construction of a multi-tenant building fronting West Streetsboro Street, within Hudson Crossing Business Park. The proposed project includes a 21,600-square-foot building, 100 parking stalls, and 33 land-banked parking stalls. The project received a variance for a 25-foot front yard setback to the parking from the Board of Zoning and Building Appeals on July 21, 2016.
Goldfish Swim School, an indoor recreational facility, will be a tenant occupying 7,800 square feet with the remainder of the building being occupied by uses permitted within District 6.
