Hudson Community TV is owned and operated by the City of Hudson. HCTV is a nonprofit, noncommercial TV station, funded through franchise fees paid by Hudson subscribers to Spectrum, formerly Time Warner Cable. If you live or work in Hudson, make HCTV 15, 16 and 17 your favorite channels! 

How Do I Get HCTV Programs?


Hudson Community TV programming can be accessed three ways: livestreaming from computer or mobile device, as a subscriber to Spectrum cable television, or on some occasions, live through HCTV's Facebook page

Can't watch programs when they air? Visit our HCTV On Demand site to view programs when it is convenient for you. 

Watch on Spectrum Cable TV

HCTV operates three channels that are available on Spectrum cable:
  • 15 (96.15): Community Programs, such as High School sports, general information programs and public access programs created by persons who live or work in Hudson. 
  • 16 (96.16): Government Programs, including City Council meetings and workshops, Hudson School Board meetings and other boards and commissions meetings.
  • 17 (96.17): Community Bulletin Board, offering information about community events, programs, and other information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To place an announcement on our bulletin board channel, send your announcement by EMAIL.

Public Access Services

HCTV offers free air time for Hudson citizens. HCTV staff will provide cameras and video production instruction to Hudson organizations and residents at no charge.  Learn to produce a talk show, conduct an interview, tape a meeting, broadcast a sporting event, or share a favorite concert. No prior experience necessary...just ideas, interest, and energy!
